| Member Duties : The VISTA leader will work alongside the ORH staff to facilitate a successful year of service for VISTA members in the project and ensure overall project stability and sustainability. This will include working alongside VISTA members in the project and identifying needs, developing training, and communications. Additionally, the VISTA leader will work alongside the project coordinator on project stability and sustainability. This will include documentation of procedures for implementing the project, suggesting changes to the program based on challenges and successes, and supporting the recruitment of VISTA members in the next project year.
