Member Duties : The Western New York Law Center is a not-for-profit law office that represents homeowners in danger of foreclosure as well as individuals with various consumer debt issues. The Law Center is looking for an AmeriCorps VISTA to help them create and implement a client story collection strategy and better document our impact through client stories. Our VISTA will work with our different departments to design strategies and processes to collect client stories, feedback, and impactful case information. With our new VISTA, our goal is to create a uniform process to collect impactful client stories, client feedback, and document important cases we’ve been a part of. These documents and processes will be housed electronically and on our cloud so our employees can use them wherever they are. This will help the Law Center better document the needs of their clients, and advocate for policy change for long term impact on the lives of our clients.
