TSC VISTA 2022: The Service Collaborative of WNY
 
 
 
The Service Collaborative (TSC) VISTA Program mobilizes AmeriCorps VISTA members to function in organizations, government agencies and educational institutions. Members focus on expanding educational opportunities, ensuring economic opportunity for all and creating healthy futures for the residents of low-income communities. Our goals are to strengthen communities across the state and to allow organizations within them to better provide services to impoverished individuals and families. The Service Collaborative VISTA program has partner organizations in New York State and across the country. During their term of service members, will receive support from our VISTA team at The Service Collaborative of WNY. Our support includes monthly trainings, a social network of fellow members and daily support from VISTA Leaders.

Member Duties : The Service Collaborative of Western New York (TSC) addresses the needs of individuals and organizations by leveraging strengths to build stronger communities through the promotion of service-based programming. TSC partners with national service programs like AmeriCorps and YouthBuild to provide national service experience to youths and adults throughout Buffalo and Westerns New York. The TSC marketing VISTA will be responsible for streamlining and unifying the communication efforts of the organization. This will be done through compiling agency-wide branding guidelines, managing TSC's social media platforms, and other main forms of communication. Developing strong communication platforms and plans will allow TSC to be become better recognized in the Buffalo community to then serve more people and organizations.
