| Member Duties : Founded in 2003, Hearts and Hands connects caring, reliable volunteers with older adults in the community to provide essential needs, such as transportation, that allow them to keep their independence. Volunteers assist with transportation, in-home services, and caregiver support for an underserved population of seniors. The Outreach Coordinator VISTA will be responsible for assisting the Outreach Team with volunteer recruitment and development. This will be done through community-based outreach, tabling events, and creation of humanitarian pieces for both press and social media.
