| Member Duties : Garner an understanding of potential programs that could be offered in our space to reduce the impact of income inequity in our community. Medicaid, SNAP, Transportation Passes, Rental Assistance, Energy Bill, etc. In addition, develop a needs assessment - staffing, equipment, education space we would need to effectively offer and deliver these services. Develop an internship program with local universities- ideally Masters or Higher Social Service students to create hands on experience and implementation. Lastly,
implement our new social services office, plan, and trained staff/interns so that the program may continue long term after VAD is completed.
