ICRI Communications and Public Relations Specialist VISTA

International Council for Refugees and Immigrants, Inc. (ICRI) is a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of refugees and immigrants in the Omaha Metro area. ICRI began serving clients in 2019, and as a newer nonprofit has seen rapid growth. ICRIs refugee and immigrant client programming includes case management, youth mentoring and after-school STEM, peer support, and immigration services. ICRI strives to offer culturally and linguistically appropriate services to effectively assist our clients. The Omaha Metro area is home to a large refugee and immigrant population, and the Communications and Public Relations Specialist VISTA would have the unique experience of serving alongside a diverse team. With the emerging programs at ICRI and the current movement of refugees into the Omaha area, the Communications and Public Relations Specialist VISTA will increase the visibility of ICRIs services.
