| Member Duties : The AmeriCorps VISTA Leader collaborates directly with the Project Director throughout the recruitment process in order to recruit high-quality Members. The VISTA Leader will: 1) Provide feedback on and suggest improvements on VISTA Assignment Description (VAD); 2) Collaborate with supervisor to develop a plan for on-site orientation and training (OSOT); 3) In collaboration with VISTA Supervisor, train VISTA members on the Project’s reporting requirements and assist with reporting needs; 4) Guide VISTA members in creating their own sustainability manuals to assist subsequent VISTAs with continuing project implementation.
