Member Duties : 1) Support end-to-end event planning, including logistics, promotion, and execution to grow the knowledge base of entrepreneurs in business management and community development
2) Develop and manage event timelines and run of show documents
3) Monitor and update the organization’s event schedule
4) Manage communications with team members, speakers, and other organizers
5) Manage internal event technology and serve as the expert for configuration, testing and execution
6) Work with team to develop and customize virtual event registration and landing pages
7) Provide expert training to designated team to help address platform issues before, during and after events
8) Generate, download and assess event reports
9) Develop content to secure registrations and engage with attendees
10) AmeriCorps members will not provide any direct benefit to a business organized for profit as related to prohibited activities outlined in AmeriCorps policy
