Community Outreach & Volunteerism VISTA II

This program will focus on the development, design, and implementation of various programs and marketing campaigns to benefit city residents, particularly those from low-income communities. In doing so, we will need VISTAs to assist in connecting the agency to new local partners, schools, volunteers, and other resources to best reach Baltimore communities and increase their awareness for opportunities on workforce development, education, and much more. VISTAs will work with the marketing team to create a variety of media as well as establish the goals and performance metrics which will be monitored throughout the lifespan of the campaigns and programs and enable us to better their efficiency and effectiveness as needed in future programming.
