| Member Duties : The VISTA member will develop a strategic broadband plan that will guide expansion of Wifi in the city with an antipoverty focus. Research will look specifically on broadband deployment in southside Santa Fe, an area with a high vulnerability index, greatly affected by the pandemic. This research will assist with the free wi-fi at mobile home parks and apartment buildings efforts. The member will also act as a coordinator between economic development, IT, broadband vendors and real estate managers/proprietors. VISTAs would be responsible for documenting key milestones and providing research on effective low-income broadband strategy.
