| Member Duties : The VISTA Leader will serve as a liaison between UAB Black Belt VISTAs and program staff. They will guide and support VISTA members, facilitate the onboarding process for incoming members and recruit potential members. They will also coordinate statewide meetings with Birmingham-based VISTA Leader and research funding opportunities for the UAB VISTA program and draft proposals. The VISTA Leader will also support the UAB VISTA Project with various VISTA initiatives and the major events of BAMA Kids Inc.
