Alliance – Programs & Volunteer Coordinator VISTA
Echoing Hope Ranch (E.H.R.) is a place where people with autism and other developmental disabilities can be productive in a peaceful, supportive environment. The Ranch provides employment services and has expanded their day-program to support school field trips and volunteer opportunities. The E.H.R. Programs & Volunteer Coordinator VISTA will improve and expand several programs to positively impact a food-impoverished community. The project will improve food security for the greater Sierra Vista area by leveraging volunteers, building community awareness, and sustaining school contacts. During the year of service, the VISTA will work with E.H.R. staff, education partners, and community members to achieve the objectives and activities outlined below. The Alliance VISTA team offers monthly professional development, a state-wide network of support, and beauty that can only be found in rural Arizona. Relocation to the area is required, with relocation assistance and a hybrid work schedule available.
