2021-2022 WFC Communications Lead VISTA (IAFCC)
 
 
 
Lead WorryFree Community communications with its diverse target audience by generating and implementing a communications plan. Incorporate WFC’s three main initiatives i.e., Clinic, Health Coverage, and CHW Training program that corresponds to Cost, Quality, and Access. Use Social Engine, website & social media channels in the communications plan. Create content to post to platforms such as infographics, blogs, vlogs, events calendars, photo galleries, and graphics for reporting impact metrics. The implementation of the plan will include a standardized process with training protocols. Identify staffing needs to address messaging strategies for generating and tailoring messages.

Member Duties : Create and manage website, social engine, and social media channels. Review and develop documentation for Standard Operating Procedure manual. Design and develop a process for integrated messaging strategy incorporating current programs and projects. Collect, organize, and publish ongoing events, photo gallery and related documents for WFC events. Design templates for social media outlets and assign staff. Review and modify newsletter templates. Update Blog pages routinely. Setup procedures to a process for video compilations and generation of vlog messages. Setup & streamline procedures to upkeep the WFC calendar. Set up a feedback mechanism for customers to provide their input to WFC programs and events. Organize the YouTube channel materials. Ensure all protocols and procedures related to the plan reflecting strategy are properly documented. Compile and centralize a master list of all diverse stakeholders. Segment and define diverse stakeholders within each social media channel.
