Overall, the VISTAs will help us achieve the following objectives: -Create two strategies to involve external organizations in homelessness reduction. One for faith-based organizations and one for the business community. -Create at least one program to fill a gap in services for people experiencing homelessness. -Coordinate at least one magnet event to benefit people experiencing homelessness -Increase the number of people experiencing homelessness served in "unassigned municipalities" to at least 10.
