Admissions & Community Outreach Coordinator- More Than Words

A continued role for an Admissions & Community Outreach Coordinator VISTA will join our Advocacy and Community engagement team to focus on organization-wide recruitment, partnerships, and systems building. The Intake & Recruitment Coordinator VISTA will document ways that the recruitment and intake process has had to change during COVID-19, and engage in a strategic planning exercise with staff to identify what COVID-19 innovations in intake should be carried forward into ongoing programming and establish new, documented intake procedures. The VISTA will also collaborate with the Chief of Advocacy and Community Engagement and other department staff to re-establish Narratives for systems of regular recruitment presentations and community engagement events. This is an in-person role unless the CDC and state guidelines require remote work. MTW has been open safely since July 8, 2020. **COVID Contingency Plan: 100% of this work could be done remotely, if necessary, based on CDC and Massachusetts guidelines.
