YouthBuild Pennsylvania Coalition VISTA- Philadelphia, PA
 
 
 
The YouthBuild Pennsylvania Coalition is made up of six partner sites across the Commonwealth. The Coalition consists of programs from Allentown, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Reading, and York. The Coalition serves Opportunity Youth ages 16-24. The YouthBuild programs assist young people in completing high school diplomas or its equivalent. Eighty-eight percent of young people who graduate from YouthBuild programming enter into some sort of postsecondary education, job training, or employment opportunity.

Member Duties : This VISTA position will increase leadership opportunities for YouthBuild students across Pennsylvania and improve the visibility of the Coalition. Over 12 months of service the VISTA will build systems for connecting more than 150 staff, students, and alumni leaders to meaningful leadership development opportunities.
