Flance Center is a diverse, intentional early childhood community that nurtures children and adults in a trusting culture of love, Respect, Accountability, Compassion and Consistency. This is the T.R.A.C.C we expect to stay on with the guidance of our visionary leadership. An integral part of our mission and practice is developing partnerships and educational outreach to the larger St. Louis community. We believe that trust is the foundation of any value; that through trust, our school community, our partners and our friends have the ability to carry the message of creating systemic change for children and families.

Member Duties : Flance Early Learning Center educates and nurtures children 6 wks to 6 yrs old. Over 70% of our children are from low-income families. As a result of the Summer Associate VISTAs service, Flance students will receive high-quality early learning providing the children with a foundation for success. Summer Associate VISTAs will support programming to ensure quality education and health for our young students and their families.
