Lake County Free Clinic exists to address the unmet healthcare needs of the residents of our community by providing quality medical and dental care. LCFC has served northeast Ohio since 1971, thanks to the generosity of our community and the dedication of our volunteer providers and staff.

Member Duties : As the Lake County Free Clinic VISTA member, you will build the capacity and reach of Food as Medicine programming. Conducting focus groups with healthcare providers and patients, you will identify and confront barriers to healthy food access. Utilizing knowledge and data gained through surveys, you will establish and expand new community partnerships and food delivery models. To maximize program effectiveness, you will execute strategic data analysis, implementing informed interventions. Finally, in the interest of increasing public participation in programs and successfully onboarding new program partners, you will develop appropriate communication and education materials.
