UACE State 4-H Youth Development Assistant
 
 
 
The AmeriCorps Program Assistant will assist with the development and implementation of 4-H Youth Development events in the state of Arizona. This position will primarily work to plan, develop, and promote events for Arizona 4-H. Including social media posts, and working with a team to execute events. The best qualified candidate will understand and have at least one year of experience in working with youth programs; OR one year of experience working with the public; OR any equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education. Must have a driver’s license and be able to drive University vehicles if requested.

Member Duties : Promote Arizona 4-H State Events, including summer camps. Promote & market 4-H Youth Development activities. Provide program information to media, partners, and stakeholders. Aid with preparations, set-up, & daily running of the annual state events. Assist with the management, development, & delivery of 4-H evaluation systems. Assist with promoting, developing, & implementing new 4-H Delivery Modes. This is a part-time position.
