Member Duties : Develop the outreach footprint in the Inland Empire by strategically engaging the business community and local non-profits, running social meet ups, and attending small business collaboration meetings.
Give community presentations highlighting common legal and business impediments.
Develop small business clinic infrastructure.
Coordinate small business clinics, and liaise with community partner agencies and pro bono volunteers.
Coordinate a statewide pro bono committee that is committed to working on rural justice issues.
Engage in exploratory investigations about different practices and help organize a webinar or panel discussion, highlighting different models/approaches to addressing the rural justice divide.
Research and test out virtual technologies and clinic tools.
Help revise clinic tools, flow chart, scripts and checklists, as needed.
Help coordinate a rural justice interactive session at OneJustice annual statewide Pro Bono Conference.
