| Member Duties : The VISTA Member will continue to build the capacity of an established 1:1 mentoring program for youth and young adult program participants (ages 14 through 24) as they transition from high school to college and/or the workforce.
The other role is to help move AOB closer to applying for federal apprenticeship accreditation which brings with it a multitude of financial and service resources that would be beneficial to program participants.
