NAU VISTA Project: STEM City Sustainable Project Evaluator

Located in Flagstaff, AZ the VISTA will evaluate projects and sustainability documentation for STEM City. STEM City programs include strong partnerships with schools and community organizations who serve low-income community members. We bring opportunities to various Title I schools in northern Arizona who have high numbers of students living on the Navajo and Hopi Nation. The VISTA will connect STEM Educators to various schools as a tool to alleviate poverty through instruction and activities. The VISTA ensure that STEM community partnerships are available and are effective at reaching all community members, especially those living in poverty. VISTA will research and document the effectiveness of these programs and develop sustainable practices for the future.
