Member Duties : Create volunteer opportunities for teachers and STEAM Professionals in the community and recruit and train volunteers to work the community to support the STEM Celebration
Develop fundraising strategies designed to build sustainability of STEM City and partners that are providing services to youth who are underrepresented in STEM education within Title I schools.
Develop and distribute targeted marketing and outreach materials for STEM City and measure the effectiveness to reach underserved and low income individuals about STEM
Collaborate with organizational staff to identify and/or recruit students from underrepresented groups for STEM related programs or activities starting with Full STEAM Ahead, STEM Celebration and STEMMY Awards
Assess the current state of data collection measures and instruments utilized and create common instruments to improve data collection for long-term monitoring and sustainability
