| Member Duties : Turning the Page’s VISTA member will be responsible for developing, maintaining and strengthening partnerships with DC Public Schools in Wards 1, 7 & 8 and with community non-profits that engage students and families within schools and in community settings. VISTA member’s efforts will enable these entities to develop and maintain systems for effectively supporting parents as they build effective home learning strategies and improve student learning outcomes. Member will help schools and community groups connect with TTP’s family engagement resources including our Digital Hub, Mobile Meeting Parent Partnering program, parent workshops, and parent leadership and build sustainable platforms for engaging parents and evaluating these opportunities. VISTA members will create original content for our Digital Hub and workshops, and strengthen the community partnerships necessary to make educational resources accessible to families.
