| Member Duties : The Volunteer Program VISTA will assess the current recruitment, orientation, coordination, management, and tracking of volunteers at LCS, and assist with development and/or revision of Program processes. The VISTA member will also implement Volunteer Program refinements and expansions based on assessment, and expand outreach systems and build/manage partnerships with local organizations in order to recruit volunteers and sustain volunteer engagement.
