Ascend Network Talent Success Coordinator

Ascend Indiana (Ascend) is a fast-growing non-profit on a mission to address to Indiana’s workforce misalignment. Ascend’s vision is for Indiana to be a place of economic opportunity for all. An initiative of Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP), Ascend collaborates with corporate, education, philanthropic, and community partners to provide meaningful and self-sustaining career opportunities to individuals across the state. To ensure Ascend can effectively connect candidates to meaningful and self-sustaining job and internship opportunities with Indiana employers at scale, The Ascend Network Talent Success Coordinator will support Ascend’s ability to engage job and internship seekers in an effort to connect them to the Ascend Network. VISTA members will work with a highly collaborative team throughout their term of service and will receive continuous professional development opportunities. Member Duties : The Ascend Network Talent Success Coordinator will support Ascend’s Talent Identification team through the development of marketing content and materials; the preparation of materials for higher education and community partners convenings; and the coordination and preparation for on-campus events. The Network Talent Success Coordinator’s efforts will continue to advance Ascend’s vision and ensure underrepresented candidates (e.g., first-generation college students, Pell Grant recipients, people of color) have access to meaningful and self-sustaining careers as the organization expands its efforts statewide.
