Ascend Brand and Creative Coordinator

Ascend Indiana (Ascend) is a fast-growing non-profit on a mission to address to Indiana’s workforce misalignment. Ascend’s vision is for Indiana to be a place of economic opportunity for all. An initiative of Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP), Ascend collaborates with corporate, education, philanthropic, and community partners to provide meaningful and self-sustaining career opportunities to individuals across the state. To ensure Ascend can effectively connect low-income individuals to meaningful and self-sustaining job and internship opportunities with Indiana employers at scale, Ascend is seeking a Brand and Creative Coordinator to help advance Ascend’s updated brand and messaging efforts. VISTA members will work with a highly collaborative team throughout their term of service and will receive continuous professional development opportunities. Member Duties : With the launch of the expanded Ascend Network platform – which aims to serve new job seeker audiences throughout Indiana –the Brand and Creative Coordinator will serve as the creative liaison between the marketing and communications team and cross-functional teams. The Brand and Creative Coordinator will develop a variety of digital and print designs and templates that will drive desired messaging and outcomes for the organization as Ascend seeks to scale across the state. The Brand and Creative Coordinator will also be responsible for translating Ascend’s updated brand and communications standards to all of Ascend’s materials (e.g., memos and reports, presentations, partner deliverables, marketing materials, etc.) in order to further Ascend’s vision, mission, and programs to connect more candidates with meaningful and self-sustaining opportunities.
