DHC Quality Improvement Coordinator VISTA (IAFCC)
 
 
 
The Quality Improvement Coordinator VISTA will work closely with the President of the organization, Silver Access Coordinator and Prescription Program Manager of the DuPage Health Coalition to gather, analyze, and input data. The goal of the project is to review existing programs and services to identify next best efforts in building efficiencies and creating opportunities for cost savings or greater return on time investment. As project timelines and associated tasks support, the Quality Improvement Coordinator will also support the organization with other enrollment projects which improve health access for low income high-barrier patient populations in the community.

Member Duties : The VISTA will collect and analyze patient utilization patterns at county hospitals and submit a final report analysis to the President. They will review data to ensure efficient and accurate reporting systems have been created. Research models employed in other communities to gather comparable data and report best practices, tools, and strategies. Coordinate community partner meetings, develop agendas, and report back on prior similar activities. They will gather, analyze data regarding annual education and health literacy program completion by members. Work with HOPE Opioid Task Force and its various subcommittees to reestablish goals set in 2019. They analyze the Silver Access database, complete review of monthly enrollment and premium data, create and review data tracking, update the Magic database. The VISTA will perform pharmacy data tracking, analyze/create data performance, analyze pharmacy pricing, perform data analysis to identify opportunities for savings and efficiencies.
