We mobilize around a community health coordinator model that creates opportunities for people of color to build valuable skills and compensation for grassroots engagement reaching communities most impacted by disparities where they are; creating cross-cultural networks; and deliberately working at the intersections in values across generations and building relationships among elders, young adults and youth.
