Member Duties : AmeriCorps members will be responsible for providing outreach to participants at treatment facilities, in the community which includes recovery houses, homes and workplaces to support engagement throughout participation and continuity of care as defined by recovery plans for assigned participants.
AmeriCorps members will be able to help patients connect with transportation resources and receive appointment reminders as necessary, identify community linkages to support their recovery efforts which includes job readiness, educational aspirations, housing and family support.
