Member Duties : 1) Support with greeting, registration, and observation at the PHMC Care Clinic vaccine clinics.
2) Assist in scheduling vaccine appointments patients and community members
3) Communicate with patients in a professional and empathetic manner.
4) Maintain daily contact with the supervisor.
5) Respond to questions about and request for the COVID-19 vaccine that come into a Health Network voicemail/email inbox.
6) Assist, as needed, with PHMC Contact Tracing
