Philadelphia Covid Response Corps
 
 
 
AmeriCorps members will support Health Center Staff by supporting vaccine clinics and supporting internal PHMC contact tracing by notifying exposed individuals. Members will: 1) Support with greeting, registration, and observation at the vaccine clinics. 2) Assist in scheduling vaccine appointments patients and community members. 3) Communicate with patients in a professional and empathetic manner. 4) Maintain daily contact with the supervisor. 5) Respond to questions about and request for the COVID-19 vaccine that come into a Health Network voicemail/email inbox. 6) Assist, as needed, with PHMC Contact Tracing. 7) Support PDPH isolation and quarantine department 8) Food access support at a food share program This program is in collaboration with the Public Health Management Corporation and the National Nurse-Led Care Consortium.
