*HopeWorks Marketing Analytics VISTA
 
 
 
The goal of this project is to build a long-term and sustainable data and analytics system for HopeWorks and its social enterprises that support employment training programs for individuals experiencing low-incomes and homelessness in Snohomish County, WA. This VISTA opportunity will focus on building capacity through data collection amongst employment programs, social media networks and social enterprises. The member will utilize data acquired to assist and lead efforts for the development of appropriate marketing measures for the programs offered at the organization. These efforts and proper analytics along with data reporting will help position each enterprise to be competitive in the marketplace. The return on this work will lead to program income that will directly support trainees in their hands-on job training and direct work experience. Combined, these efforts will increase the probability of trainees becoming financially independent by having sustainable income based on the skill sets they have acquired.

Member Duties : Create dashboard of key analytics to track current marketing effectiveness, create reports & advise on strategic opportunities to increase revenue & brand awareness based on data, work with the Director of Marketing & Communications to understand & set measurement performance standards, create analytics dashboard for HopeWorks & its three social enterprises to track web based metrics, collect data & create reports to be presented to leadership & enterprise directors highlighting effective marketing areas & areas for improvement, utilizing the awarded Google Adwords grant for HopeWorks, create an effective use of the grant, to increase the in-bound traffic & Search Engine Optimization (SEO) over multiple platforms, measuring the email marketing & current organization campaign efficacy & create sustainable marketing practices based on data indicators, prepare & distribute post marketing implementation survey to understand the effectiveness of the updated marketing strategies
