| Member Duties : Work with the Director of Marketing and program managers to develop a Resident Communications Plan for Famicos' Human Services Programs. Review current program materials and develop new outreach materials and methods for reaching the low-income population of Cuyahoga County. Review program intake procedures and suggest ways to improve and simplify these procedures for the low-income, senior, and disabled population, to increase program participation.
