AR Rock It! Lab VISTA
 
 
 
Located at Library Square in downtown Little Rock, the Rock It! Lab was developed as a place for aspiring business owners to access useful, reliable, and free information to aid them throughout the process of starting their company. The goal of this program is to support entrepreneurship within under-resourced communities of Central Arkansas by researching how other organizations successfully integrate groups with varying language, racial, cultural, and economic differences cohesively into their programming and foster a sense of community and equal learning and growth amongst all participants while doing so. The Rock it! Lab VISTA will research community organizations locally and in other states that have successfully integrated the Latinx population into their programming focus and goals, most importantly with the goal of fostering community amongst members and equal growth and expansion for all participants. The VISTA will identify the strengths and challenges of Rock It! Lab, research other organizations and identify best practices, and develop a recommended plan for Rock It! Lab.

Member Duties : The Rock it! The Rock it! Lab VISTA will identify best practices for integrating groups with varying backgrounds cohesively into programming while fostering a sense of community and equal learning and growth among participants. The VISTA will develop a recommended plan for Rock It! Lab.
