i-Mentor Baltimore: New Partner Engagement

The primary goal of this project will be to lay the groundwork for a successful launch of the iMentor program at our newest, and largest, high school partner. The program will officially launch at the school in Fall of 2022. During the 2021-2022 school year, the Vista will work to socialize the iMentor program with students in the 10th grade, and get students excited about joining the program in their junior year. The work will be particularly focused on maximizing the enrollment of populations that have been under-represented in our mentee enrollment our current partner schools. As a result of the Vista member’s service, we will not only increase the number of underrepresented students who ultimately enroll in iMentor at the new partner school, but will have a template for increasing enrollment of these populations at all of our school sites.
