Member Duties : Play a key leadership role in the development of resources and outreach coordination.
Assess community needs and develop programs in coordination with youth, families, community partners, and Willamette Chicano Alliance staff.
Support the ongoing development of youth-based programs towards a pipeline of opportunities responsive to the community.
Through leading and supporting external relations and community outreach, create opportunities, develop, and sustain partnerships to further WCA’s mission, strategic plans, and program objectives.
Work with staff to create an organizational culture that embodies the organization’s diversity and inclusion values and provides culturally responsive programming.
Support in recruiting, training, developing staff, and volunteer members.
Work closely with the school districts, partners, and WCA staff to connect youth and families to opportunities and tangible resources.
