BGCMB Outcomes & Evaluation

As part of the Programs team, the Outcomes & Evaluation Coordinator VISTA will play a vital role in helping Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore¿grow and deepen our impact through careful monitoring and evaluation of data demonstrating our programs’ effectiveness. The VISTA will manage all aspects of the data-tracking system utilized by Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore, advising on and then implementing new and revised strategies for data collection, monitoring and evaluation to improve its effectiveness and sustainability. As a result of the VISTA member’s service, we will ensure our members reach their full potential around priority outcomes of academic success, healthy lifestyles and good citizenship. Founded in 2009, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore is a non-profit organization serving young people, ages 6 to 18, at four Club locations in Baltimore city.¿Our approach reflects the knowledge, anchored in extensive research, that a quality after-school environment can support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of young people in important ways.¿
