The Power of We AmeriCorps VISTA Program focuses on building capacity of Ingham County organizations in the areas of education and economic opportunity. The program emphasizes the importance of professional development and personal growth, while creating an exceptional AmeriCorps VISTA experience for members during the term of service.

Member Duties : The VISTA member will support One Love Global by building the capacity of our region's Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation work in which we center youth organizing for racial equity. The VISTA member will help strengthen collaboration with and across existing partnerships to develop performance measurement systems that align work and deepen our impact in improving the educational and economic outcomes of youth who are Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC). The VISTA member will work as a team with One Love Global staff, volunteers and partnering organizations to identify technical assistance and training needs of community partners in implementing Results-Based Accountability practices. The VISTA member will assist with systems management, data collection, and updating data to inform strategic action planning.
