MKE-S is establishing this VISTA project with a network partner, 4C For Children. At 4C, training is provided for existing and new child care providers, assistance is available to parents in navigating the process of child care options available in the state, and a USDA Food Service program is provided for Family Child Care Providers. In order to measure performance and ensure that children will have the necessary skills to succeed, 4C For Children monitors this goal through the quality child care rating and improvement service, YoungStar.
