Member Duties : The VISTA member will serve to increase the number of low-income, minority, and first generation students who apply to and complete college and post-secondary programs. The member will also assist the executive director and action teams to create and sustain organizational capacity to establish CapCAN as the premiere school and community based college access program in Ingham County.
