| Member Duties : : The Refugee Education VISTA member will enhance agency resources related to English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction, cultural orientation, educational opportunities, and job and skills trainings. The VISTA member will create and maintain culturally and linguistically appropriate resources to ensure that agency staff and refugee clients can understand and access both short and long-term education resources in the community. Additionally, this member will help reestablish capacity for in-person educational opportunities as a result of the resolution of the COVID-19 pandemic.
