| Member Duties : The VISTA Member will work to improve efficacy of existing volunteerism efforts at Covenant House Alaska (CHA), increase community volunteerism, and be a catalyst for communication about new and ongoing volunteer activities. Some specific duties include; developing volunteer training modules, co-launching those trainings, implementing a formal volunteer appreciation program, creating volunteer stories through photos/videos for use on social media, maintaining the volunteer database, designing volunteer recruitment strategies, and more!
