'21 VIP Marketing & Media Specialist VISTA- GR
 
 
 
The VIP program offers a unique approach to AmeriCorps VISTA service, as you will spend 10% of your time each week working collaboratively with 19 other AmeriCorps VISTA members placed in the community to research and implement community-wide solutions focusing on either increasing access to behavioral healthcare or increasing financial stability. Member Duties : This position is part of the AmeriCorps VISTAs in the Piedmont (VIP) program, as the Marketing and Media Specialist at Greer Relief and Resources Agency, you will implement a cohesive marketing plan to include social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc), email (ConstantContact), and some website (wordpress) updates, print, and other media. You will perform and prepare marketing research to inform speaking engagements, events, general Greer Relief promotion, and organization media content. You will also create targeted marketing and evaluation specific to RENEW program. The AmeriCorps VISTA will build program and agency capacity through marketing, by using social media, email, print, etc. The AmeriCorps VISTA will establish and implement an actionable marketing plan to improve outreach to both Greer Relief service recipients and supporters.
