Member Duties : The Summer Associates will provide direct service and capacity building to the Barry Urban Garden (BUG) and to Urban GreenWorks (UGW) in support of initiatives to improve food security and related physical and community health issues. A portion of the project will also include support of a project focused on the resiliency of the La Paloma community, an unincorporated area of Miami-Dade County that borders Barry's Miami Shores campus.
