| Member Duties : Expand Shelter Consortium offerings to member organizations
1. Establish a joint purchasing agreement protocol
2. Support and expand Consortium member engagement efforts – both with existing and potential member organizations
3. Identify next steps for Consortium engagement based on member organization feedback
Support internal processes to improve Shelter Providers Consortium
1. Assess and plan for improvements in publicity and marketing efforts
2. Meet funder requirements on reporting
3. Support efforts to identify and pursue areas of strategic growth
Provide support for client housing crises
1. Support CEO when HomeFront encounters clients in unique or particularly difficult housing crises
