Arizona Serve - Community Food Bank - Engagement Coordinator

The mission of the Community Food Bank is to change lives in the communities we serve by feeding the hungry today and building a healthy, hunger-free tomorrow. The Community Food Banks of Southern Arizona currently serves more than 225,000 hungry men, women, and children each year, and engages more than 9,000 volunteers annually. The Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona currently has the 4th largest volunteer program among Food Banks nationally, with volunteers contributing over 200,000 hours of service to the Food Bank each year. This project will focus on piloting some newly defined initiatives, evaluating current initiatives, and researching additional best practices to inform small and large groups (corporate to civic) about fundraising and engagement strategies. This initiative will help educate, with corporate/civic supporters, about the range of services and partnership opportunities we provide, from health and food to education and community development.
