Member Duties : Exhibit cultural relevance in the marketing, recruitment and engagement of children, youth, families and community partners that will encourage and support the success of families. Duties will include: Teamwork, communication, leadership, initiate, self-motivation and an ability to develop relationships. Work alongside Family Support team and other program leads that serve the community to expand services to more children and families.
Utilize creativity, and innovation to develop recruitment and marketing strategies and materials across programs under Multicultural Child & Family Hope Center. Increase access to resources for families and community by improving mediums by which individuals hear about and access our services.
