Multicultural Child & Family Hope Center (MCFHC) has been a long-standing human services agency in the Hilltop, Tacoma area. All services and programs under the agency seek to connect our children, youth and families with the needed resources to obtain success or stability for their future. In order to ensure best practice, efforts will be focused on improving the communication and service delivery techniques for the various programs to continue to meet the needs in the community.

Member Duties : Exhibit cultural relevance in the marketing, recruitment and engagement of children, youth, families and community partners that will encourage and support the success of families. Duties will include: Teamwork, communication, leadership, initiate, self-motivation and an ability to develop relationships. Work alongside Family Support team and other program leads that serve the community to expand services to more children and families. Utilize creativity, and innovation to develop recruitment and marketing strategies and materials across programs under Multicultural Child & Family Hope Center. Increase access to resources for families and community by improving mediums by which individuals hear about and access our services.
