| Member Duties : VISTAs will help plan and execute relevant, fun, and safe programing using past years’ processes as a template to build on. Working with new and past partner local non-profit agencies, we will co-create a robust and satisfying program for youth in this rural community. Some time will be given to have applicable trainings including: Community Capacity Building, NEAR Science, DEI REACH, Community Tour, and more. Meal serving and prep along with set up and tear down activities will be part of the work. Outreach in the community with COVID safe protocols will be part of the work as well as data tracking for an end of program report. This is very much a team environment with many opportunities for collaboration and creative growth.
