2021-2022 Capacity Building VISTA
 
 
 
All Chicago manages partnerships with many partner agencies who provide housing and services to people who experience homelessness. This VISTA member will be part of All Chicago’s monitoring & capacity-building team. This position will focus on helping the team shift to an active contract management approach to partner collaboration. The member will assist in developing a pilot program that will use high-frequency data reviews and purposeful collaboration. This approach will lead to real-time troubleshooting and identification of best practices. The member will support the team in gathering information, collecting feedback from partners, identifying data-sharing approaches, establishing a culture of partnership, and formalizing the approach by developing a toolkit and roadmap. This position is a part of the Housing Action AmeriCorps Network, which is an AmeriCorps VISTA program managed by Housing Action Illinois since 2010. As such, this position will receive customized training, support, guidance, and networking opportunities, in addition to the traditional opportunities for AmeriCorps VISTA positions.
