CCMA Baltimore City Community College VISTA Success Coach
The VISTA Success Coach Project provides non-tutor support and guidance for identified students so they can begin achieving success inside and outside the classroom at the earliest points in their academic careers with BCCC. Project success will be measured through retention and course completion rates of students who participate in the Project. By the end of the Project, BCCC will have a sustainable Success Coaching Program that is effective in improving the likelihood of course completion, retention, and program completion among the targeted population of students. This Project will assist and guide eligible students enrolling in Modern Elementary Statistics course. The BCCC Success Coach Project will positively impact the success and retention of participating students, improving course pass rates of Modern Elementary Statistics from 51.5% in 2020 by 5% in 2021; 10% in 2022; 14% in 2023.
