Habitat for Humanity Homeowner Services Associate
 
 
 
This member will help increase the of the number of families to complete the Habitat-Spokane program by educating our future homeowners on all the different requirements it takes to become a successful homeowner. They will be working one on one with future homeowners that have incomes between 25 to 80% of the AMI for Spokane County. AmeriCorps members also increase the awareness in our community of how our program impacts the lives of all families in our community by letting people know Habitat-Spokane’s mission of bringing people to together to build homes, community and hope.

Member Duties : • Attend all Spokane Service Team trainings and AmeriCorps national days of service. • Maintain accurate and timely reports and timecards. • Schedule and communicate needs with future homeowners. • Maintain communications with future homeowners • Assist in coordination and presentation of recruitment meetings • Educate future homeowners on program requirements • Monthly check in meetings with future homeowners • Conduct orientation meetings with new future homeowners • Assist with Habitat College • Coordinate getting documents from future homeowners • Enter sweat equity timesheets into Raisers Edge • Maintain future homeowner database and dashboard to track all information as needed
